Our Team
Our 500-member team is composed of a unique blend of in-the-trenches consultants, best-selling computer book authors, publishing professionals, and trainers with deep experience in every technology area. Our Process
We start by asking a lot of questions. By truly understanding what you're trying to accomplish, synthesizing the information, we like to offer plenty of our own ideas to help you formulate your strategy. From there, we can create the perfect author team and then work on developing detailed outlines for every piece of content. Only after we're sure that our message is on target do we have one of our experts start to write. At every stage of the content development cycle, you'll be able to review and help guide the documents. We'll keep working until you're completely satisfied.
